INSPIRATION

After many design variations, we found that the best symbol that embodies SuperAlloy Interactive was Kratos and the legendary Eric Jacobus beard.

DRAFTING

After identifying the key aesthetic characteristics that would be implemented into the chassis, we drew up drafts of the necessary parts, conducted countless measurements, and contemplated how the case would be constructed.

MODELING

Once we had a good understanding of the basic outline of the chassis, we moved onto the modeling phase in which we created a 3D model of SuperAlloy and arranged a concept brochure that presented the final design to the SuperAlloy Interactive studio.

PROTOTYPE

Before the fabrication of the final parts was underway, we first like to prototype parts that have an extensive amount of measurements that need to be precise. The front panel was prototyped for this exact reason as it was to hold the computer components which entailed many measurements that needed to be perfect.

FABRICATION

After the measurements were finalized the final fabrication of the SuperAlloy chassis commenced. All the parts were then checked and cleared prior to powder-coating for quality assurance.

COMPLETION

Everything about this computer is unique all the way down to the smallest screw. We could not have enjoyed making this computer more and we hope that everyone that sees SuperAlloy is inspired.
